We want your shopping experience to be as enjoyable and seamless as possible, if you wish to return or exchange an item please email us at service@casvadafurniture.com. Our team members will advise you on how to manage this. Any return or exchange will be subject to our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Cancelations, Returns & Refunds Policy

We will confirm the goods with the customer after the production is complete. Once shipped, no return for the reason of the shipping time limit because the global shipping time limit delay has been the norm due to the epidemic, and we have no control over these factors.

Products belong to high-end custom products. Once the order takes effect, we will complete the production and confirm with the customer. When you receive the goods, please do not ask for a return for reasons such as do not like, not the same as imagined.

Cancellation:

If the order is canceled due to customer reasons, the transaction fee shall be borne by the customer.

Please choose carefully as we do not refund or exchange if you change your mind or make a wrong selection. Once your order is confirmed, meaning you have paid in full, and the factory will start to process your order, the order can no longer be canceled.

It is the Customers responsibility to ensure that there is reasonable access to allow the goods to be delivered. If the goods are unable to be delivered due to access, the above fees depending on whether the product was customized or not will be charged in addition to the actual cost of delivery and collection of the product.

Returns & Refunds Policy:

Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any missing parts, faults, non-human damage, or incorrect items immediately. These must be reported to the customer service within 3 business days of the delivery. Faulty claims outside this reporting period will be assessed under warranty.

Our team will review your completed form and contact you via email within three business days with the next steps. Please note that we reserve the right to repair or replace your furniture as deemed necessary at our sole discretion.
